• Location: Lagoa de Albufeira (calm, controlled water), Sesimbra
• Duration: 1h30 per day (1, 2, 3 or 4-day packages)
• Format: private (1 person) or small group (3/4 people per instructor)
• All levels, beginner to advanced
• Recommended minimum age: 10 (depending on ability and daily conditions)
• Swimming ability required; basic mobility and fitness needed
• Included: board, sail, wetsuit and life jacket
